4. Drying By using the proper amount prespray…we keep the carpet from soaking. By using our "vacuum only" dry-passes during the Rinse Step…we cut hours off the dry time. After cleaning we set up our air movers…which cuts even more off the dry time. We adjust ceiling fans and thermostat…to create the optimal indoor drying conditions.
Having Spots Come Right Back Most cleaners out there are scared to use a lot of water, but we use a TON of it! Lots of high pressure steam helps flush out deeply embedded soils and spills that make spots reappear. The secret is to go back over the carpet with dry "vacuum passes" to lift out all of the black water many cleaners leave behind. Does that take extra time? Yes, but it has to be done to provide a premium cleaning. We then set-up our dry fans as the last step and our cleaning formula ends up working like a charm.
Dealing With Carpet That Takes Forever to Dry As mentioned above, we take the time to do extra vacuum strokes on all of our jobs. Most cleaners don’t because it takes 2 to 3 times the amount of work.
